Binaqo is in a beta or early-access phase. Access may be limited or invitation-based, and features may change as we keep developing the platform.

Pricing

The prices shown are beta-friendly and indicative. Early users may be offered special founding terms. Final packages and pricing may differ at full launch.

Availability

During the beta we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, downtime or data loss may occur, so please keep your own copies of important data.

Your business data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business data you enter into Binaqo, such as customer, project, quote and invoice details.

Not accounting or legal advice

Binaqo is not a replacement for your bookkeeping and does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Exports and reports are support tools; have them checked by your bookkeeper or accountant.

Acceptable use

We ask you to use Binaqo responsibly:

• No abuse, spam or improper use of the platform.
• No illegal, harmful or infringing content.
• No security testing or scanning without our written permission.

Account and security

You are responsible for your account and credentials and for activity that takes place through your account. If you suspect misuse, let us know right away through the contact page.

Limitation of liability

During the beta, Binaqo is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform during the beta.

Changes

We may adjust the beta, the product, features and pricing. For important changes we will do our best to inform you in good time.
