What is the difference between Start, Pro and Premium?
Start (3 users, 10 active projects) covers customers, projects, quotes and invoices. Pro (10 users, 35 projects) adds change orders, instalment schedules, reporting and planning. Premium (25 users, 100 projects) adds the client portal, document templates in your own branding and priority support.
Can I work with multiple team members?
Yes. Start includes 3 users, Pro 10 and Premium 25 — each with their own role and permissions.
When and how do I pay?
You choose a plan and create your workspace first. Secure checkout happens after signup, inside your workspace — there is no public checkout. You can cancel monthly.
Am I locked in?
No. Binaqo can be cancelled monthly and there are no setup fees.
Is Binaqo fully available?
The core is available today and Binaqo is rolled out in phases. Some capabilities — such as bank transactions, planning and UBL export — are on the roadmap and clearly marked as coming later, so you always know what you're getting.
Which plan do I need for the client portal or my own branding?
The client portal and document templates with your own branding are part of Premium. Reporting and planning start at Pro. Customers, projects, quotes and invoices are in every plan.
Is Binaqo accounting software?
No. Binaqo is a platform for quotes, projects, change orders, invoices, payments and cash flow — not a replacement for your bookkeeping. You can export data for your own records and accountant.
Can I create quotes and invoices?
Yes. Creating quotes and invoices — including deposits, instalments and final invoices — is the core of Binaqo.
