Binaqo is a platform for modern contractors and renovation companies, and is currently in beta. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you request beta access and how we handle it.

Who we are
Binaqo builds software that lets contractors manage quotes, project files, change orders, invoices, payments and reporting in one place. Questions about your data or this policy? Reach us through the contact page.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you enter yourself when requesting beta access, plus a small amount of technical data to prevent abuse.
- Beta request: your name, company name and email address.
- Optional details you choose to add: phone number, company type, project volume, current tools and your message.
- Technical and security data, such as a hashed IP address used solely for rate limiting.
Why we process it
- To handle and follow up on your beta request.
- To communicate with you about access, onboarding and product updates.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To better understand demand and improve the product.
Services we use
We work with a few trusted providers that process data on our behalf. Depending on their setup, these international providers may process data outside the Netherlands or the EU.
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
- Supabase — database and account management.
- Resend — sending email notifications.
IP addresses
For beta requests we do not store raw IP addresses. Where available, we store only a hashed (irreversibly encrypted) value to rate-limit requests and prevent abuse.
How long we keep data
We keep beta requests for as long as needed for the beta and for communication with current and future customers. You can ask us to delete your data; where we are legally required to do so, we will.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send your request through the contact page and we will handle it as soon as possible.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we handle your data with care.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use essential, functional cookies, for example to remember your session when you log in to the portal.
Changes to this policy
Because Binaqo is in beta, this policy may still change. For important changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
These are beta versions of our legal texts, written in plain language. Before a full public or commercial launch, we will have these documents reviewed by a legal professional.
